      Pros

      I cant think of any pros. It is a well known company with some good brands for you to put on your resume but overall, I was completely dissatisfied with my experience.

      Cons

      I heard bad things about the company but still took the job. What a mistake. The company pays lower than others in the field and the management is unapproachable. You will not succeed unless you have an in with someone or someone is fighting for you. They dont want to teach you or work with you and just everyone is out for themselves. If offered a job, run as fast as you can.

      Pros

      If one is willing to work hard and long hours and convince the upper management of your dedication and abilities there is opportunity to get noticed and get ahead, . Accessibility to upper management and owners. Great place for cross functional coordination. One gets the opportunity to work with many departmental areas within the company. Good if you have an Entrepreneur spirit.

      Cons

      Long work hours. Week, outdated systems, lacking automation tools needed to run reports and create analysis and projects. No real corporate structure. There is a glass ceiling, those who become the management favorites are the ones who get ahead. No real mentoring/ learning system in place.Everything is learn as you go. Duplication of efforts as decisions and business strategies are constantly changing. Not so great medical package, below market salary.
