Pros

Good work/life balance. Very common to only work 40 hours a week. Since it's a large company, opportunities to work in different functions within the company

Cons

Too many meetings Many employees have been with the company a long time, so feels like it takes a while for changes to be implemented

Pros

The work was easy and relaxing. If you like organizing, you will like stocking cards. The people who regularly shop at Hallmark are generally pleasant and helping them made me feel good.

Cons

This wasn't a large corporate store so many days were pretty slow.
