Pros
You learn your hardwork and sacrifices kept the company afloat but are worth nothing to the CEO. You learn how not to treat your employees. You realize greedy CEOs are only looking out for no. 1.
Cons
Over worked and under paid is the Hammerton way. CEO and general managers get rich off the back breaking work of the lower, working class. You won't be paid what you are worth if the CEO didn't make that much money when he was your age. Relocation compensation is a joke, it's only used to lure you to move there then your annual take home is cut. Oh and lastly the health "benefits" are sky high and the 401k match is a joke at 3%. Thanks Bill you are so generous. When the economy tanks because the impoverished lower class rises up, the revolution will start at Hammerton.
