Very nice people with VERY few exceptions.

Cons

It's a good old boy and good old girl clic network. If you've been there for awhile and are in the office / management clic you're taken care of no matter how poor your performance. If you're in the clic, even if you are terminated for good cause, you can get back in the door. There are some people there whose objective is to have their ego stroked.
