work load and pay to compensate. Stress that more is always expected.

Learned a lot from present position, in applications and procedures; many applications are universal across multiple industries. Great people to work with.

Cons

Only 'con' I can think of is the work is either full steam ahead or slow...the slow makes for a long day!! MUCH rather have the full steam ahead days.

Cons

Not a lot of room to grow once you hit Assistant manager. Not much to complain about.
