Pros

This place was by far the best place I've worked for. The people are great and caring. The pay is great compared to other larger companies. The benefits are very good. I couldn't have asked for a better company to work for.

Cons

The con's are really just cons of any warehouse job. Hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Also some of the equipment is pretty old. They could use a few more forklifts so the newer guys could use the same equipment as the others.

Pros

the company has great benefits, flexible hours, a very diverse product line to sell from. They have very friendly corporate and administrative staff and work hard to make sure you can succeed in their process or program.

Cons

They are a very strict and regimented corporation. They have a lot of rules and processes by which all employees must adhere to during the course of employment. Either you fit into their program or success will be very difficult.

Pros

Upper management is extremely supportive and involved. Communication is great and the work environment fosters some great teamwork and relationships.

Cons

I think some communication and efficiencies are lost with the amount of meetings and conference calls involving large groups. Some of them are essential, but others could be either trimmed down or eliminated altogether.
