Great Environment to work on

They have great vacation time and benefits. Salaries are lower than the average.

Harris is a large company, however with multiple business units you feek like you are working for a homegrown smaller company which is a great feeling as you really get to know the people in your BU and develop good working relationships. You do not feel like a cog in a big wheel. The Executive team is great and keeps striving to make the employees feel valued. There is plenty of opportunity for growth if you want it. Flexible remote and in-office work is possble and the managemnt team works with you to define what works best for you. Learning and training is a core concept taken to heart by Harris and you will continue to grow in this company.

The co-workers are friendly, positive, and helpful. I have accomplished a few things already.
