Pros

It's a great place to work if your a slacker and don't take your job seriously or care about your work life balance and simply need a pay check. Accountability and quality is very low so it's easy to simply do some stuff to get by while other skilled employees muddle through to patch things over.

Cons

Inexperience is rampant and staff training is pretty much none existent. Anyone decent gives up and leaves once they are broken and demoralized from the work load or they have conceded that the pay will never amount to anything decent compared with other companies. Many a coworker is more concerned with their social day than work.

Pros

Tons of opportunity to learn to manage your own business. Collaboration with others in same role is fantastic. Company training seminars were top notch. Benefits were decent. Flex time very allowable

Cons

Very "clicky" meaning if you are not in with the "right" people that is a downfall for your career. Harris is too much about the MONEY and not the Clients and relationships that have been built prior to Harris taking us over. Their values that are preached daily are NOT instilled with upper management such as "Respect for the individual" and quite honestly should be abolished. Leadership has made some poor choices which are ruining the business units morale and over all growth.

Pros

I am learning a great deal from my role for which I am of course adding to my CV but without proper training as they are very tight with budgets. Doing the job of 3 people and getting paid way below industry standards. That would be fine if more training opportunities arose but being able to work remotely isn't that big a perk.

Cons

Management message is not consistent "focus on small number of things" but do the your job which is 75 things. VP are too reactive and have ideas that don't actually make it to deployment so time is wasted putting forth efforts for nothing. Too many last minute requests, poor planning and overworking employees.

- Flexible hours - Nice environment to start your career

Cons

- Pay is way under market value - Management hires the cheapest available employee - Favoritism aimed towards who you know and not your specific skillset - New employes receive no training on the products. - Sales reps are ignorant of the product they sell - Lower management have no prior management experience - Capped RRSP way under what competition was 10 years ago.

Pros

-Very friendly management and staff from the CEO down to regular employees -management is flexible with its employees and understandable of personal circumstances -Work atmosphere is very nice -you learn a lot working there

Cons

-pay is not competitive -no/rare training programs to advance your skills
