We also want to be clear: our compensation structure—including bonuses—is tied to well-defined, achievable expectations, most notably 25 billed hours per week. The majority of our clinicians meet or exceed this standard, and many successfully earn bonuses as a result. This is not a “bait and switch,” but a performance-based model communicated from the outset.
