Pros

Some free stuff. Easy job to get out of college.

Cons

Everything else. Exploitative work environment. They stock their intake department with temps every busy season with the false promise that it's a temp to perm job. It wasn't anything of the sort. They pick favorites within the first week, put them in easy queues while everyone else is overworked. It was horrible and this isn't even mentioning how bad the training and management was.

Pros

Time flies because of how busy it is. There are no real pros for this company other than a learning experience

Cons

Micromanagement . Un-realistic metrics you have to meet. Raises are also based on the metrics. In reality, you will never get the raise you deserve . They underpay new hires. They force so much work on you because they know you will leave soon so they try to milk you starting at day 1. For every 5 claims people who quit, they only bring in 2 more. Worst company you will ever work for.
