Good morning, I appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback with us I agree that Health Advocate provides such a vital service to our employer groups and members, it’s not to know that the job you do each day has a purpose! Thank you for contributing to, and being a vital part of, that service. I understand that the job can be tedious and seem heavily numbers driven. As with any business, our members and employer groups are one of our top priorities, they are the reason we exist in the first place. As such, our numbers are very important. If you have suggestions on better ways to balance the numbers-driven perception, I would love to hear them! Likewise, if you have suggestions for improving our training, please let me know. Pros

Ability to work on your own and at your own pace.

Cons

Management is a mess and constantly are giving you work to do for someone else. October to December is an all hands on deck and no matter what department you work in they expect you to be thrown into the benefits dept and do their work (also a mess.) Overall not a great company to work for unless you enjoy a lot of freedom to do a lot of work for low pay.

Good morning, I appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback with us I completely understand that during Open Enrollment the pace picks up and we adopt an “All hands on deck” mentality. As you know, during the OE season, our employer groups and members are relying heavily on us to assist them to our greatest ability. We use our resources available to fulfill our commitment to our members and employer groups. Thank you for playing a vital role in assisting them! Thank you Howie Mintzer HR Business Partner

Hello, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am happy that your experience with our culture, coworkers, and routine were positive. Coworkers truly make a difference, and we strive to recruit team members who are positive, friendly, and collaborative. While being a “research” associate isn’t a lab-based scientific role, your tasks included conducting research on behalf of members to provide them with the best, and most accurate, service. We are aware that some view "research" as a scientific role, which can be problematic. I am open to any and all more accurate job title suggestions you have. Feel free to reach me at hmintzer@healthadvocate.com I look forward to hearing from you! Howie Mintzer HR Business Partner
