We aim for a work-life balance but understand it can be frustrating when ‘work’ outweighs ‘life’ and you may be spending more time each day in the office than others. Our executive management team continues to work with managers to implement training, especially for new employees. We are a privately owned company and do have a generous referral program. No familial referrals directly report to each other, and all applicants go through the same interview process and a background check. We have turned down referrals just as we have hired referrals. As a growing company, our primary interest is in hiring the right candidate for each position. We strive to create a culture that embodies helping others. Our employees are our most valuable asset.
