Pros

Great Pay is the only pro.

Cons

Benefits suck - you pay more than most companies for terrible coverage with high deductibles. Upper management is clueless - they are too busy planning trips and what they’re going to get on their next Tesla to put actual work into winning contracts. They care nothing about employees - they laid off half of the Tampa office without any compassion. Just sorry but your job has been eliminated, now gather your stuff and leave. Technology is light years behind - they are still using Excel and Access to do much of their data work. They have no SAS servers and have very little capabilities when it comes to heavy data processing. They are a complete sham - they are a government contractor, but they put on a facade for their government contacts to try to make them believe everything is ok and the work is being completed. It’s not being completed how it should be and is very questionable at best. A lot of times data has been released that is just plain wrong.

Pros

Nice building, offices, and parking deck.

Cons

This company has some of the worst leadership j have ever worked for. HR is a joke and will not do anything about complaints, even if they are multiple and from various people. If you want to date executive leadership and get on their good side, then this is the place for you. Several people continue to leave due to disgusting favoritism of executive leadership and their relationships with peers. Long story short, do not sell yourself short by working here.

Join if you want to get laid off

Pros

Pay, PTO, holiday schedule, nice view from the breakroom

Cons

Well considering half (or more) employees got laid off without any compassion, some people were lied to by the COO saying certain teams were safe and later got laid off with paperwork signed BEFORE the meeting with the COO, meaning he knew more people were getting laid off. They also strategically spaced out the lay offs so they would not have to give people 6 months notice, by law. This place is a mess, they come up with random titles for people, while some people can work from home, other people are not allowed to and that's it, you cannot question it or you'll get on the director's bad side. Senior management drastically lack any leadership skills, they are too old to know of anything innovative and they refuse to retire! Just go elsewhere!
