Pros

Most of the supervisors are fantastic, not a pushy, stressed atmosphere for the sales agents. They do have a fast track for people looking to move up in the company.

Cons

Attendance policy is a little ridiculous and they are always changing your assignments based on the needs of the carriers. I have had 8 different supervisors since joining less than a year ago. They have the supervisors running training classes for new agents, all while trying to support their own teams. Commission is way lower than the average.

The pay sucks. This is the lowest paying insurance company for agents. They withhold the truth during the interview process.

Give you the run around. They have you take a test called Proscan and say answer it based on you. Turn around and say you didn't score high enough. It's based on you how can I have scored too low?
