Pros

Great training pay! (but they try to get it back from you!)

Cons

A true meat grinder! After the training pay, there are 2 choices, Licensed Agent (LA) and Sr. Licensed Agent (SLA), they really push the SLA onto everyone. The SLA plan has a $11 DRAW. This pay structure attempts to capture as much of your training pay as you struggle to make sales, due to the priority levels established in the customer management system. Sales come in primarily on INBOUND calls. Meanwhile, when you first hit the floor, you pound out 350-500 calls per day, leaving pre-recorded messages. Should those people call back, the veterans take them! When you make a substantive contact, I have had at least 4 leads snatched & sold, after I have done all the front end work. Complete lack of morals and ethics from top to bottom, blame Harvard School of Business!

Pros

Hiring is very good. Sharon Ball does a Great job Downhill from there They cannot keep employees. They force them out. I'm the Boss and you will work is not how a Sales Environment should work . Don't Talk just Dial Hey why aren't you dialing Only 200 today You better give me 250 on our Bad Leads even if you sell

Cons

They want you to be a machine not a person . Really lacks as a Company with a Sales emphasis. They pressure and push for Numbers and if you are not the type of person they want you will not see the leads or Incoming calls you need. I was selling better than most . They supplied leads with people over age 80 so often and the same leads each day at the same time.
