Pros

Low pay commissions for the work but had a great experience because of an amazing supervisor who made the job worth it.

Cons

Switching supervisors became mandatory and then it felt like I had clock in to prison everyday and thrown pennies every paycheck.

Pros

We are getting in new leadership and getting more updates and transparency. For a while it was all fear because of massive layoffs but they are bringing new people on hiring CSRs and Sales Agents.

Cons

No reviews to increase pay and the commissions are really poor, even if you sell well. They don't reward loyalty.

HPone is super supportive and encouraging. Theres help everywhere you need it if needed to. Theres so many opportunities for growth and bonuses throughout the year. Im excited to see where this AEP takes me.
