Not the best experience the this time around

Pros

Leadership is good. I had a great supervisor in the sales department.

Cons

They move you to another deparment without prior notice. I went from Sales Rep to Customer Service Rep after the selling season was over because the client didn't need that many sales reps. Commissions were below bare minimum.

Family style laid back atomosphere Decent hourly wage with great line up of benefits

Cons

Chaotic and can be challenging to contact supervisors and the fact most supervisors are new and don't really know as mich as senior agents.

My direct supervisor and their manager were wonderful.

Cons

My old company was recently acquired by HPO. When we were brought on we were told that our metrics wouldn't be watched too closely until June. They lied! Starting in April they started distributing the calls based on buckets & if you were struggling you were screwed. There was really no time to get use to everything and I was given bottom-of-the-barrel leads. I was expected to sell but was placed on OB only and you can't sell a VM. Upper Management (above the sale manager) is very deceiving and blows a lot of smoke. If you aren't a top agent, they could care less about you.
