      Pros

      Good company, great people working there. The potential is there for this company to be simply amazing if they make valuing their employees a priority.

      Cons

      "Just make it happen" attitude. You will fight for every penny. Rather than put the right people in place to get things done they simply backfill, regardless of the person's ability.
