      Easy job if you have sold during AEP

      Pros

      If you do your job it is a very easy place to work for. Most of the complaints about management stem from the AZ location. We have some great supervisors in Tampa. Not just a temp job, they now are offering perm positions because of the business upper management secures. You can advance in the company, but don't expect it to come with a pay raise.

      Cons

      The pay is way below the industry average. My bonus w/ humana was close to 15k plus OT. The best bonus I have gotten is under 1k..

      Pros

      If your with the right supervisor your job might be fine for a while.

      Cons

      Horrible training, pay is one of the worst commission structures I have seen. On top of that, they don't give you a raise based on performance. If your lazy and don't want to expand your career this will be fine place. The brokerage is even worse then the Acquisition side. stay away to many issues to list here.

      Call center environment where some folks take other agent accounts showing a lack of consideration for coworkers. Hours can change on a moments notice without regard for production levels Very poor Health Insurance
