      Pros

      Stellar leadership that starts at the top & filters down to every level, Effective & efficient contingency action plans, "Can-do" tone/culture from every team member & encouragement to think "outside the box" to create solutions

      Cons

      If you are familiar with licensed health sales/call center culture, you will know that later closing shifts/weekends during AEP/OEP seasons are the norm; which, for most of us, is NOT a Con - it's just part of the industry business model. Especially when you're making a VERY competitive base+commission salary structure!

      Pros

      From local staff to executives at the corp offices, this company is filled with positive, caring, supportive individuals all working together to help people and make a good living while doing it. During a very difficult world climate, HPOne acted quickly and transparently to accommodate the work from home movement and make it as seamless as possible for employees. Love working for this company and love my co-workers!

      Pros

      I am new to this industry, but I have literally grown in the short amount of time of being employed by HPone. The training for brokerage has been phenomenal. We have great support, structure, and the tools to be successful brokers. I know I will succeed and make money here....at the same time helping people!

      Cons

      San Antonio is a new site and it take little time to get the center up and going. It's been a learning process.
