Pros

The supervisors are amazing. The nesting was very fun....Fun leadership! Go Team Rock and Enrollers! In all seriousness, even though it is a virtual environment, I love this job. My coworkers are great! The leads are decent! Not bad at all. You just have to use the tools they give you...script, etc and you will make sales here very easily.

Cons

More contests would be nice

Pros

Great food during the open enrollment seasons for the respective teams, prizes for success/gift cards/raffles. Hires from within for the leadership roles as they are constantly growing many of the teams. HPOne has that tech startup feel, even though it has transformed into a medium/larger-ish company. The money is good on the broker side of the house it is fairly easy to make 60-80K a year, but more importantly its somewhere you can actually make a career. I've been here for about 4 years now in that time-frame I witnessed many of my prior team members take on supervisory roles or transition into supporting roles like recruiter/trainer positions. Naturally like any decent sales organization the best paying roles are on the sales side of the house.

Cons

Like any sales organization the money that you make is proportionate to your ability to write policies/sell (go figure). If you don't follow the call flows/sales processes or flat out refuse to dial out and maintain a decent mindset you will top out at 40K a year no matter the dept. Essentially the difference between those that make 40K to the top of the sales team at 150K is self discipline and mindset, because well they'll teach you how to sell.
