      Easy job if you have sold during AEP

      Pros

      If you do your job it is a very easy place to work for. Most of the complaints about management stem from the AZ location. We have some great supervisors in Tampa. Not just a temp job, they now are offering perm positions because of the business upper management secures. You can advance in the company, but don't expect it to come with a pay raise.

      Cons

      The pay is way below the industry average. My bonus w/ humana was close to 15k plus OT. The best bonus I have gotten is under 1k..

      HealthPlanOne is a great place to work with a fun, collaborative, hard-working environment. It's a fast-growing company with a lot of potential. Best place I've ever worked!
