      Pros

      Nice people to work with. Some good sales training.

      Cons

      Low pay and little opportunity for growth. If it weren't for the low pay, the disorganization and lack of communication might be tolerable.

      Turn and burn orginazation

      Pros

      If your with the right supervisor your job might be fine for a while.

      Cons

      Horrible training, pay is one of the worst commission structures I have seen. On top of that, they don't give you a raise based on performance. If your lazy and don't want to expand your career this will be fine place. The brokerage is even worse then the Acquisition side. stay away to many issues to list here.

      Pros

      Health Plan One does some things very well. They provide an opportunity to get licensed, usually at no cost to you, and get started in a career that can take you far. There are often opportunities for promotion and advancement if you do well and show that you want it. the vast majority of employees are nice and great to work with. Management is understanding of your personal life and will work with you. While working at Health Plan One I knew that I could always go to management if I had questions or concerns, without being turned away or ignored.

      Cons

      The pay scale is somewhat low in comparison to other similar employers. There are times when you don't know for sure what's going on as far as promotions or pay increases. It seems that either management doesn't know themselves some times, or they keep us in the dark intentionally. I wish there was a bit more transparency for things like that.
