      Strong Sales model....good commission schedule

      Cons

      Commission only and the have 3 tiers for leads. When you get stuck in an old queue the leads are old and they hang up or don't answer

      Thank you for the feedback on the sales model, as we have put a lot of time and energy into building the best tools that we can. As far as your advice to management, one of our goals is to develop consistency across sites, it is a work in process but we are getting there. Thanks again for your review!

      Some upper mgmt I work under really motivates ... Some really care ... Others don't

      Cons

      Mgmt hired to run the sites is horrible... I've NEVER observed the lack of professionalism some upper mgmt brings to the work site... Bully doesn't even begin to address what some endure .... It's a liability waiting to happen... I've observed mgmt cussing on the floor ... Belittling employees and pushing less than ethical protocol ... Horrible... My advice... Get rid of upper upper mgmt And put someone in the role that motivates the employees .... Not bring them down... And the company needs to be watching behind the scenes .... not at all ethical!! Very bad situation!!

      Pros

      The supervisors and agents make the culture at this place. Good solid training for entry level into a career in health insurance sales.

      Cons

      Highly seasonal and unpredictable. Attrition rate is very high, people stay out of necessity not out of desire. Management lacks vision and planning to retain top performers. Lack of transparency does not promote a good model for supervisors to be able to perform duties. Pay is insufficient to retain top talent, they eventually leave due to lack of stability in pay structure. You can forget bonuses, targets are ridiculously unattainable.
