      Pros

      Company will pay for your license. Excellent hands on training and supervisors seem to be very knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Other than some of the slow times outside AEP and IFP there are no cons.

      Pros

      I am always growing and learning something new. I like how management gives you an opportunity to express your ideas. Co-workers are always encouraging and helping each other to achieve success. The culture is very family oriented and I really feel like I'm part of a team. I was promoted into the career I was looking for, and I see this happen often here.
