There is a lot of talent within this company and it starts with the recruitment team and the amount of time and devotion they spend looking for talented prospects for the HPOne Team. Now the next piece to the puzzle is how willing are those prospects to sit down and pull up the bootstraps and do the work? If you're willing to do this, you have the opportunity to be very successful. I started with the company two years ago with no experience in the insurance industry and have had the good fortune, and fantastic leadership, to advance my career from an agent, to a supervisor, and now I continue my personal growth and career advancement, as part of the Training Department.
