      Disorganized Mess of a Company

      Pros

      Phones are busy, there is money to be made.

      Cons

      Everyone is on a different page because training is non-existent. PTO is accrued but getting it approved to take is a nightmare. You will have a new Team Lead every few weeks so you have to constantly adjust. Supervisors are never available for questions or escalated issues you must depend on teammates.

      Fast growing company with frequent change (not always a bad thing), but best to be adaptable and see big picture.

      Learning new and a lot of information in healthcare insurance.

      Cons

      Lot of work for not enough pay. High turnover rate.Disorganized.Everyday was something new or your put into a different project.
