      Pros

      Remote job, they don’t lay off a lot like other insurance companies.

      Cons

      They eat up all of their competition. Over worked and under paid. You will do the job of 5 employees at a meer fraction of the cost. Run!

      Customer Service Representative = Sales.

      Pros

      Good health plans, Decent Pay. *seemingly supportive supervisors/managers (too early to tell at this point) Training is pretty on point so far.

      Cons

      The fact that the ad seemed to be describing a job for a Customer Service/Support role, when in actuality it is more or less a Sales Role. (I'm not against doing sales, but it seems a tad unethical and already starts things off on the wrong foot for me, personally)
