      Pros

      -Great pay with commissions and bonuses -Great support for those willing to ask/learn -Work from home -Multiple pay scales to choose from that fit your comfort level -Ability to earn flexible scheduling (you set your schedule) -Multiple health plan options to choose from to fit your budget

      Cons

      -Some days are boring during the slow season -If you don't have experience in insurance there's a lot to learn, takes about a year to really get it. Have to have patience.

      This is a work from home opportunity.

      Cons

      I was weary of the hyperpositive, 'we are a family' mentality and I was right. While being praised for catching on quickly and performing well, if you don't pressure people to make the sale, even when you can show evidence to support each call, you will be thrown into a workplace meeting for mediocre performers. Their words, not mine.

      Merit Based Commissions with Six Figure + Potential

      Pros

      Very satisfying to get paid for helping people to choose a health plan. Often get thanked for the difference you have made in people’s lives.

      Cons

      Becoming less of a consultative sales culture and more of a call center environment.
