Literally nothing good can be said about this place.

Ensurem was sold to HPOne. We onboarded without a pay structure. 3 week " training " from agents that only sold PDPs. One Trainer told us he didnt know what the 48 hour rule was .... ( should be all you need to hear ) I was in training 4 days before I left and they held my license 92 days. If you somehow went to the floor with them it's 6 month hold. Never authorized contracts and they sent them on their own. Most unprofessional bait and switch shop I have ever seen in 5 years of Medicare. Outdated quoting technology. No sunfire. No Marx. This place is in a word a joke. Going from making 150 a policy at 20 an hour to 55 a policy at 17 an hour. What an oppurtunity. If you love managers in corn rows asking you to show your hands in virtual meetings and EXTREME micromanagement you have found the right place.

good base pay, company culture

commissions feel like you have to know calculus to understand. base pay is ok but getting paid 800 dollars in commissions with over 20 sales is ridiculous.

Pros are the option to work from home. Thats about it

Cons

Commission structure is horrible, 35 dollars a sale. They change up the employee rules and guidlines. Fees lies during training.
