      Honestly, it has a family vibe, until it doesn't

      Cons

      The old bait and switch. Never told exactly how much commissions were until we got check only to be told that it was not that amount but actually 10 dollars per sale!! Being promised things and positions and get lied to about working to get you into that position. Changing shifts CONSTANTLY, no communication...I could go on and on, but then I'd have to worry about retaliation. DON'T DO IT.

      Pros

      While the money was good, that’s really all. This company will drain you, change up everything that you originally signed up for, and then at the end write you up for things you never agreed to when getting hired on. This job is a joke and this company will be bankrupt in the next year or so

      Cons

      Everything. This company is not stable whatsoever, after AEP if you aren’t a top seller you will be let go. They did a huge lay off in February and let go of so many great employees for no reason at all, but we are all sure they are down bad with money, the leads are horrible.
