Micromanaging Horrible supervisor pay It's shocking this company has been around for this long because no one knew how to sell at this company, the supervisors couldn't manage their agents, and CEO has no idea what he's doing

Well, if you can wrangle 10 screens and a crazy long script then it's for you. Supervisors are not experienced. Hence, some are on big power trips. Experiences sales agents have a difficult time with this micro managing. Rules, rules and more rules, contraditions galore.
