Pros

Flexible Schedule, opportunity to make a lot of money in commissions but you have to work very hard and be on the road all the time to acheive this

Cons

Executive leadership non existent, total focus on accounting and finance and sales organization is a pariah to the executive team, attitude of executives if "if you don't like it here, leave and we will fill your spot with someone else" overall very cheap company that doesn't invest in people, salaries are low compared to industry and benefits are very expensive to the employee

Pros

I've met some of the greatest people working here, but sadly they are all leaving. Company has good market share, and is profitable. Product meets the needs of their customers. Opportunity for growth within.

Cons

Constant turnover. Underpaid - below market. Benefits are awful. Maternity leave is 1 week paid (same as Paternity). Sales comp plans are well below industry average, as well as, salary. Morale and culture has tanked in the last 24 months, and not getting better. Cutting costs, and constantly changing processes.

Disorganized, low pay, senior management (VP level) unprofessional and unproductive, no growth potential, communications department hinders growth of company, many issues with professionalism across the company.
