There is a lack of structure and an extremely chaotic work environment. Benefits are terrible! No matching 401k, ridiculously high health insurance deductibles, no cell phone discounts, few stock options, and pay is nearly 15k lower than comparable companies and roles. Very few opportunities for advancement or training. Huge disconnect between executives and department managers. Very few women in upper management or executive roles, as well as overall lack of racial diversity company wide.

There are a handful of spots as a sales rep you can actually make good money. There is one account owner that plays QB to the 7-10 solution reps who are allowed access to try and upsell their products. Only NEW sales pay you a couple % points, you earn less than 1% commission in renewal revenue. Also, if it's a 3-year deal, 50% of commission is differed for 15 months. The hiring process is overwhelming, making you think this is a big, important, well organized company. It’s anything but. You may be lucky enough to get 1% matched to your 401k if they board votes that way….and you contribute 10%. Keep looking.
