      Pros

      Competitive Salary, good profit share !

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, Disparity in work load, negative energy (Leaders don't speak to direct reports), management team work team members to death for EIP bonus, favoritism, career growth is stagnant in some departments, VP's continuously get promoted yet team members who do the work don't get rewarded. Company is growing and they are quickly forgetting about the people who built the company. Some executes will do what they have to do to save themselves and don't support thier team members. Space is tight, people are crowded, bed bugs are an issue. Beware!!!

      Pros

      A wonderful mission to help the insured get the healthcare they need. Great coworkers who work their hearts out for the company. Good compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Poor C-suite leadership, which cascades to the executive team. This rogue's gallery of petty, spiteful, self-absorbed "leaders" is the reason so many good people are running for the doors.

      Pros

      I learned a great deal about Medicare and Medicaid programs working here. There are some amazing and beautiful people, wanting to do honest work.

      Cons

      While on the team, I enjoyed learning the work, but management bulldozed me. I was micromanaged, and treated like a second-class citizen. Management has no interest in learning data fundamentals, when their subordinates are in technical roles . They only cares about appearances to executive leadership. My mental and physical health suffered under management, where I lost about 7 pounds. I did not feel safe, valued or respected.
