Pros

It's certainly an opportunity to become very creative at getting anything done. It's your chance to learn some critical life lessons about the corporate world.

Cons

This is not a place where talent, creativity, intelligence, nor perseverance are rewarded. On the contrary, you will be perceived as a threat, because in the land of the blind (and this is it), the one-eyed man is king. This place runs on a culture of fear with a heavy dose of smoke and mirrors. If you have another option, be kind to yourself and take it. Otherwise, prepare yourself for a truly Orwellian experience. You will never be promoted. You will never be appreciated. You will be used and abused.

Pros

I can't think of any. I was warned about this place and should have listened. If you're considering a position here...DON'T!!

Cons

Management has no clue of what they're doing. If you don't adapt to the "culture" you might as well have a target on your back. Once they don't like you, they scam and scheme to get you out. HR is a complete and utter joke! People that shop online all day gets promotions and people that ask for training and questions get fired...go figure!

Pros

Great salary and flexibility to work from home.

Cons

People operate in fear of repercussions and lie to cover themselves, leaders who throw employees under the bus to make themselves seem in control. Leaders who behave badly, disable managers from being able to correct bad employee behavior(HR). No real work life balance, extremely long hours. Senior Leaders who take credit for the work of others (HR). Hired to do a job because of your education and experience but your not allowed to "speak up and deliver with pride". All about the culture drivers but the senior leaders do not lead by example (HR). Underlying racist behaviors from staff and leaders present and unresolved at the HR level
