Pros

Very supportive of doctors. Inclusive community that is very accepting of ALL types of diversity (LGBTQ+), neurodiverse, etc. Excellent compensation packages

Cons

Nothing terrible. There's the minor things that come with any buisness today (i.e. lots of tech, everything is over email, which is annoying when you just want to pick up a phone and call someone). I might just be an old fuddy duddy. Probably not an issue for most of the younger generations. I will say that the put in extra effort to help the older generations with learing the software, etc.

Pros

None worth saying at this point

Cons

Upper management doesn’t listen to feedback from in center management. All of upper management are long time friends so any complaints concerning their abusive behavior, like name calling, is dismissed. There is little to no genuine concern for center level team members and they are viewed as expendable people that can be easily replaced. Expensive pricing to clients when they are provided what can easily be called shelter level medicine depending on the doctor. They view clients as a simple numbers game. All of the doctors are not terrible but steer clear of the centers that have them and are protected by the status quo. Welcome to Banfield 2.0, my recommendation…do your research before going there.
