      Pros

      Decent pay, opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      I’m not sure if it was just the doctor at my clinic or heart and paw in general but when there was an opportunity to promote a good employee from within to the clinical manager position she was led on and made to believe that would be her job but she was not told that the whole time the doctor had interviewed outside people and hired someone else instead. Shady. Several employees filed complaints abt one doctor to HR and they were never addressed.

      A company that embraces veterinary medicine and takes the time to take care of its people. Driven by veterinarians, supported by veterinary industry people. A family feel.

      A young company, so not as many locations, but excited for its growth in the coming years
