      -Little support from Support Center -Its a start up so there are consistent changes that makes it hard to keep up with the workflow

      Great intentions, poor execution

      Poor leadership. Managers often don’t know what their teams are doing. No development structure in place for support center or field employees. Layoffs.

      We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and concerns with us. We respect and value every member of our team, so we are disappointed to hear you feel you have not been receiving the support from management we work to provide. We did make a change to our go-forward strategy that will enable Heart + Paw to grow primarily through a co-ownership de novo business model moving forward. That business model, unfortunately, requires fewer people in our central support center, so we had to make the very difficult decision to streamline the team. We were genuinely sorry to lose some talented team members and we thank you for your hard work and dedication. We encourage anyone with concerns or questions to reach out to Human Resources so those concerns can be heard and addressed, if appropriate.

      Terrible company

      Pros

      Nice co-workers. That's about it. Doesn't make up for the toxic environment and leadership. You'll see the word toxic in several reviews...because it's true.

      Cons

      You can join this company with decades of valuable industry and professional experience, and you will still be treated like you're just a high school kid selling over-priced cookies or lousy burritos. That's because the issues start and end at the very top. All previous comments about the CEO are spot on. It's a toxic place to work. If you do join, you will be totally demoralized in a month and looking for new a job within 6 months. Absolutely zero diversity in corporate roles. Hard work, talent and dedication are not valued. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You will regret joining this company. They push the family mantra, but no-one treats family like this place treats employees. They will use you up and cut you before you know it. The only goal is to flip this company asap and lay you off, so don't waste your time.
