-Awesome coworkers who truly care about your success and work-life balance -Leadership is open, approachable, and actively listens to feedback -Transparent and honest communication when implementing new systems -Genuine focus on improving workflows for team members, clients, and their pets -Company is growing and constantly looking for ways to improve I’ve always looked for a company that provides the creative freedom, support, and autonomy that Heart + Paw affords me to support our teams. I don't believe in “unicorn practices,” but there are good people at Heart + Paw that work hard every day to create a place where you can make a difference doing what you love.

-Rapid growth means frequent system and process changes -If you’re not flexible or open to change it could make implementing new systems challenging for you.

Benefits are okay, coworkers are great for the most part, veterinary care is decent

Cons

Last manager’s dog had shady stuff done to it and died and was pushed out when questions were asked. Management does not have an ounce of professionalism in their body. Passive aggressive and unapproachable if you are not part of their “favorites”. Will try to find any reason to write you up if they don’t like you, and is not held to any standard to lead by example. Corporate does not take any complaints seriously and nothing changes. Overworked, mistreated, undervalued while prices continue to go up for clients. ALL the red flags.
