- great health plan for up to 2 pets - some freedom of scheduling - chances to be creative - communication with wonderful clients

Cons

- catty, competitive environment - your popularity determines if you move up/get cross trained - training scheduled with people who don't want to train you - easily pulled into office for things others say you do (but you didn't)

Cons

The pace of growth can cause the need to multi-task and provide limited downtime. Eating lunch while working is common for positions at the support center.
