seems to have good standards of patient care & good benefits (depending on which location)

Cons

acts as if they care about employee well being but never shows this. say goodbye to christmas bonuses, fair and equal treatment, and a good employee discount for your pets. very greedy with money, cares way too much about numbers and stats.

I honestly have no pros.

Cons

The idea just fell flat. Heart and Paw I believe started out with the right intentions but lost itself along the way. Very cliquey. They retaliate and treat you poorly when you put in notice. Many months/years without the promised bonuses and “great pay.” Terrible leadership and management. Literally NO help.
