Pros

Friendly co workers, nice office, considerate, flexible, helpful, with an open door policy. Quarterly meetings to inform & educate. Works with both client & employee for a good fit.

Cons

Unfair pay practice. Only pays miles until you reach client, work actually begins when you leave home. No bonus or incentive programs. Difficult keeping good employees.

Pros

Excellent benefits and working hours. Great office location and clean. Owner of the company is very involved with the operations.

Cons

Poor upper management business decisions. No open door policy where employees can have issues addressed without one sided criticism.

Pros

You make your own schedule.

Cons

The supervisors dont communicate effectively to you or one another. So make sure you right down the time, date, and name of the person you spoke to because they will claim you are not calling in for work when you are but no one gave your supervisor the message.
