Staff really support eachother and have a great bond with one another, great relationships with clients

Cons

Under appreciated and over worked, staff have back to back sessions with barely any breaks. Under paid, you have to push back a lot to get minimal pay increases.

Pros

The company does attempt to promote a positive work culture through team bonding and events. Supportive team members on site.

Cons

Very low pay, high burn out rate. RBTs are paid terribly here, it is insulting. Minimal raises for the RBTs, sometimes only 25 cents annually. Very profit driven rather than driven by ethics. Upper management fails to listen to the needs of the staff. Terrible operations.
