Pros

I don't feel there are any pros.

Cons

The people that have been hired over the last few years are incompetent. The ship is sinking and the employees know it so morale is very low. I had the displeasure of knowing several unscrupulous people, most of whom were in management positions. The processes in place to attempt to do the job correctly are outdated.

Pros

Compensation is above average; however the increase comp just makes up for the lack of benefits. Many candidates realize this. Lots of great people who are genuinely concerned about our customers and students. Reps are committed to providing great service and most have heart in the right place.

Cons

Benefits are below standard. President commutes to Indy. He stirs conflict during meetings. Head of HR is no longer here so there is no one to talk to about concerns. Lots of ideas with town hall meetings but no follow through. The current culture is one of fear and self preservation. Often asked to do things well outside of job description. Building needs to be updated. Unfortunate that once a great company has gone downhill so fast.
