Hertz Manager In Training reviews

I was recently hired as a manager in training and was told after 90 days I would have full benefits such as company car and gas card. They pay was extremely low but I figured the opportunity with car and gas would make up for it. Also the location closed at 5 and when I asked my manager whom I did not have the interview with he stated it's mandatory to work overtime and would never leave on time. I'm an observer and tried staying positive but was misled on so much information. Employees were all miserable, over worked and under paid. Wanted to share this because I turned down 2 other great opportunities thinking Hertz was a good company and that's by far the case.

-If you have to do it, just do it... everything is just ehhhhhhh. I don't even know what to say honestly. Never experienced something like that before. I don't even have words honestly. It's just Hertz "senior management" should just retire and work a less difficult job. One requires making fewer decisions on a day-to-day basis.
