If you are entry level, it is a fine place to work. If you are a manager or director, you have very little freedom.

Pros

Convienient downtown location (well, until the recent move to Menomonee Falls), reasonably priced health insurance, friendly coworkers to commiserate with.

Cons

Staff is consistently overworked because turnover is so high. Compensation is extremely low despite record growth in recent years. Overall morale is lacking.
