      Great culture for teamwork, and a very high emphasis on safety. Pay is decent, and the work is interesting.

      Pros

      The work here is not bad at all. You only work half the year. Also we get 7 days off Once a month! Schedule can be a bit challenging. We work days and nights as well as during the weekend depending on the shift you are on. These are 12hr shifts.

      Cons

      The challenges of working here is mainly the schedule. If you can be able to plan your family times around your days off then you should be okay.
