      Schedule flexibility Easy to use vacation/time off policies Ability to gain exposure to many different areas Awesome 401k match/incentives and ESPP plan

      Over-collaborative atmosphere sometimes feels like too many cooks in the kitchen, hinders progress. Corporate communication is not always timely to lower ranks

      Pros

      There are a few people within the organization who actually have enough power to make a difference. Its a medium size company that tends to work like a small company which is nice. IT Management is fairly strong at the top, weak in the middle.

      Cons

      They tend to not pay people a competitive salary after being there for a while. People seem to get promoted to a level of incompetence and then left in that position. The business tends to force the IT group to fit a round peg in a square hole frequently.
