Great pay with great benefits as well, 401K matching. They say the attitude of the company as a whole starts at the top, and Nick has really made the global company of Hexcel come together and unite as one company.

Cons

My particular plant is understaffed in my department, putting burden on everyone else. Everything always has to be done yesterday.

Pros

Good wage. Steady work where you dont have to worry about job security. Most of the people you work with are good people others a lazy and benefit from who they know.

Cons

Terrible management that wouldnt be successful at Mcdonalds. They promote and cover up terrible employees because they are their "friends". Lack of defined leadership hurts production.
